The Suzuki Across transforms your adventures with a plug-in hybrid powertrain that returns up to 282mpg combined with a class-leading EV range of 46 miles. One version is offered, and it gets the brilliant E-Four electronic 4x4 system as standard, gifting you an unstoppable grip in slippery weather – handy for that 302hp! You can switch between EV mode, Auto EV/HV mode, HV mode, and battery charger mode on the fly, and a comprehensive suite of driver assistance systems come as standard for easy driving.

Standard kit includes leather upholstery, heated front and rear outer seats, a heated steering wheel, dual-zone automatic air conditioning, an auto function opening tailgate, a 10” multimedia touchscreen with Apple CarPlay for iPhone, Android Auto, and MirrorLink, full LED headlights with bi-beam, 19” alloy wheels, and a 220v mains voltage power outlet in the boot for powering and charging any device. Assistance systems include Blind Spot Monitor, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Lane Tracing Assist, Road Sign Assist, Brake Hold, and Pre-Collision System.


Powerful and sleek, the Across stands out with its dynamic angles, high ground clearance and wide shoulders. Sharp LED headlights lead to muscular arches and 19” polished alloys, LED headlights, roof rails and a kick-operated tailgate.


With a 0-62mph time of 6 seconds flat and a combined hybrid power output of 302hp, the Across means business. The electric motor alone provides 134kW and 270Nm of torque for rapid acceleration in EV mode. What’s not to like?


You can open the tailgate by placing your foot beneath the righthand lower section of the rear bumper, or pop it using your key. Keyless entry and start comes as standard. The boot capacity is 490-litres and the rear seats split-fold 60-40.

Living with it

With 46 miles of EV range (you can expect around 30 miles in winter), the Across will slash your running costs. You also get handy features like an 8-way power adjustable driver's seat and a rear parking camera as standard to make driving a pleasure.
